When will my order ship?
Each piece from The Called Edit™ is thoughtfully prepared before making its way to you. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please note that carrier transit times are separate from our processing time and may vary.
How do I know what size to order?
Please refer to the sizing information provided on each product page before ordering. If you prefer an oversized fit, we recommend sizing up when noted in the product description.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We want you to love your edit. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy for eligibility, timeframes, and instructions before submitting a request.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item you received. We’ll review the issue and help make it right.
Will sold-out pieces be restocked?
Some edits may return, while others may be released in limited quantities. Follow The Called Edit™ and join The Called List to be the first to know about restocks, new edits, and upcoming releases.
How should I care for my apparel?
For the best longevity, follow the care instructions included with your garment. We recommend washing apparel inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water and avoiding high heat whenever possible.
How should I care for my embroidered hats?
We recommend spot cleaning your hat using a soft cloth, mild detergent, and cool water. Avoid machine washing or drying to help preserve the hat’s shape and embroidery.
